I arrived there at 5:30pm and asked what time they closed. I was told 6pm. I asked if they would still be able to do an oil change and I was told yes. After sitting in the cold another guy comes and tells my wherever they drip the oil from is "stripped" and I would need to pay extra to replace the part.. I know it wasn't because it's usually done by hand. So either he stripped it or he didnt want to do the oil change because they were already closing.
