It needs better customer service.
Negative Review!. My experience was extremely unpleasant after interacting with the technician in charge. I took my truck to get the State inspection to Master Lube located at 7849 North loop. The tech who did the inspection possesses poor customer service skills and a has a very aggressive attitude. He does not show respect to customers. He even slammed my hood very hard twice on purpose because I told him to handle my vehicle with care. This tech yells back at customers! Very disappointing experience.
