Fast service doesn’t equal good service. I would gladly wait longer somewhere else to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The staff came across as rude, dismissive, and condescending. As a woman asking normal questions about my vehicle, I felt talked down to rather than helped. Instead of explaining things or being courteous, the overall attitude was impatient and unprofessional. Great service Professional And quick too Only complaint Is I asked them to put DEF In my truck. They didn’t do it, and I had to go back Charge my card again They did this twice in a row But other than that Very good experience
Went for an oil change and it was easy and fast. Less than 10 minutes for the full service. We went early and had a 2 minute wait! Absolutely Amazing!

We stopped in at this rapid lube shop in Artesia New Mexico called Masterlube at 115 S First St. when we were on vacation in the area in May of 2025. The staff, although fairly fast made a number of mistakes on my van. First they offered me the wrong oil filter, so I had to go to the local Napa auto parts to purchase the correct filter for my truck, which cost me an additional $15 on top of the oil change charge of $76.60 bringing the cost to $91.60 US$ or about $124 CDN.
