We stopped in at this rapid lube shop in Artesia New Mexico called Masterlube at 115 S First St. when we were on vacation in the area in May of 2025. The staff, although fairly fast made a number of mistakes on my van. First they offered me the wrong oil filter, so I had to go to the local Napa auto parts to purchase the correct filter for my truck, which cost me an additional $15 on top of the oil change charge of $76.60 bringing the cost to $91.60 US$ or about $124 CDN. Got my oil changed super fast and affordable highly recommend!
Went here twice over a year ago for an oil change. Eventually came to bite me later because I didn't think what they did was a big issue. It has already costed me $136 after tax for 1 repair job and another soon to be $241+ tax in repair work due to their poor oil change service. My car was fine before I took it there. I'm sure no one will take any accountability but I will never bring my car here again.
Got the oil changed on my vehicle very fast, driver stays in the vehicle while the young staff does the work.
