Horrible company. I have no idea how they are still rated so high. Wish I would have read the reviews before calling. Would give 0 stars if possible. I called the number listed here and talked with someone with a foreign accent. That was my first red flag since the company name suggest that they are a locally owned company. Then someone else called back from a different number saying someone would be there in 10 minutes to check it out. They charged me $100 for a deposit on a key for a Scion that they couldn’t program and are refusing to give me a refund. They are blocking my calls, I can’t get a hold of them at all. The addresses they list in St Charles and St Louis do not exist. Phone calls are answered by some sort of offshore call center. Adding to my review based on the comments from the ‘owner’, I definitely have the right company. You sent some guy named Hunter out. I can show you the receipt.
DO NOT USE!!! They absolutely took advantage of me and my family situation, on a call that was after hours on a weekend, with no price structure and after the job was completed, they charged me almost $600 for a less than 10 min job. The young locksmith that came in to do the job was very nice but his boss who determined the final price was extremely rude and ultimately end up hanging up on us after I mention his price was ridiculous!! I am reporting this company to the Saint Charles Better Business Bureau.
The sight of the van gave me reservations, but my technician Luke was lovely. He quickly assessed the situation and made new keys for my car. I am giddy that I can use the key in all the doors again and that I can start the car- game changer! Thank you!
Great locally owned business. Had the right tools/equipment to quickly cut another difficult "chipped" key/fob/remote for my Fiat. A+++ rating by me.
