A simple rekeying of a new home (online estimated to be 1 to 2 hours) took close to 6 hours with the locksmith needing to take multiple trips to the store. When installed incorrectly they charged for someone to come out and fix their mistake. Fees are also above average based on searches. This company is a total scam and it would have been more affordable and quicker to try it on our own.

Master Locksmith of St. Charles arrived in less than half an hour after I locked myself out of my house at ten o'clock at night! Mike, the technician, was quite amiable and managed to get me back inside without breaking my lock. He even offered me advice on how to prevent lockouts in the future. Very quick, very competent, and very affordable. They're the real stuff, so give them a call if you're ever stuck!
