Broke the key off in my ignition at a gas station off Fifth Street. Cold morning, hands shaking, coffee going cold. Master Locksmith of St. Charles said 25 minutes. Mark was there in 18. He used a specialized extractor tool and had the broken piece out before I could finish explaining what happened. Then he cut a fresh key on the spot from the code—didn’t even need the original. Do not use this company. This is not a locksmith shop. They have no employees, only subcontractors so they can say you never have received service from them when you have an issue. Their phone number and several other "websites' phone numbers go into a call center. The call center sends out an alert and you get bombarded with calls. I was quoted $150 for front door knob and dead bolt replacement. The kid shows up with only a screw diver and confirmed the $150. I asked if he could match the garage door, he said yes.
