The receptionist for Master Kleen was so delightful, gave me an over the phone price (for wall-to-wall in 5 rooms, hall and stairs for less than two other top rated carpet cleaning companies plus a senior/veteran discount), texted reminders about my scheduled day, Cameron and his partner texted when they were on their way and showed up on time, did a FABULOUS job ( including using disinfect that eliminated musty smelling carpet one room had) and stuck to the original amount.agreed upon over the phone. Master Kleen always does an amazing job for us! We have several rentals and it's amazing how great the carpets look after we have them cleaned. Don't forget they also clean duct work for furnaces!!! They arrive on time and do an excellent job.
