BEWARE!! She asked me to pay her upfront for an apartment I paid $6275 in November of 2023, I asked for my money back in February and she still has not provided me my refund back and today is March 22,2024. I have called her several times and emailed her kindly asking for a status update for my money. No one should have to beg to get their own money back for services which were not rendered. Karina and Jose are amazing! I needed a place as soon as possible , in the first day of talking and letting her know what I needed , she sent me listings right away and scheduled a 2 apartments to view. The same day! I’m happy to say I found the perfect place for me and my daughter, one of the things I love is that they really care , you are not just a dollar sign .. I highly recommend. She will be my realtor when I am ready to buy in the near future. It was a pleasure.
