Stephanie B. I don't know who you are. Maybe you have the wrong locksmith. Master Key is awesome, does not work that way. You have the wrong locksmith or are trying to cancel someone for some reason. We complete our jobs successfully. A person cannot stay in business working like the person you just described.
Benjamin Franks was asked for ID when he called, before he arrived at the appointment. He said OK. When locksmith arrived he had no ID, no utility bills inside, no pictures of himself inside, nothing! It was at 1:30am. Who is wasting other peoples' time? Master Key will not let you in without an ID of some sort. Period!
