Johnnis came out to diagnose our system when we were experiencing a heat wave and the AC was not cooling. He communicated well letting us know what time he was showing up, was punctual, and immediately tested and found the cause of the problem. He also explained everything he was doing as I was observing, because I'm very particular about quality workmanship and like to learn. Very responsive, contacted late, came out to fix my heating system the following day. Coordinated and communicated service arrival time and arrived promptly. Took the time to answer my questions, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

Big shout out to Johnnis and the staff at MHS! After suffering some sort of failure with our AC Unit, unfortunately during the hottest days of the summer! MHS came out to Boerne and had my AC unit running like it should! Honest, transparent and excellent customer service!! Totally recommend MHS for any of your AC & Heating needs. You wont be disappointed!!!
