I used Master Heating and Cooling to complete the installation of a new heat pump and air handler I purchased and installed. They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry, and getting their technicians to my home to begin the work. Their technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and within a few hours, had completed the job. I highly recommend them and will be doing business with them in the future should the need arise.
Extremely pleased with their responsiveness, customer experience, and work. I have found many contractors and vendors to be unreliable, unresponsive and difficult...Masters was the opposite, they were extremely communicative, easy to work with, and everyone from their team was pleasant and enjoyable to work with. We had them replace 2 HVAC units and clean/sanitize ducting. I highly recommend.

Unhappy customer of 2+ years. Not a great company. Techs are nice but people on the phone and via email throw some shade. Hired them to clean my dryer, and they just pancaked everything toward the end which made a mess in my attic due to leaks. Had to call another company to fix. Also had a brand new AC unit put in, and there’s no power at the thermostat in little over a year, which they say they won’t cover because it’s outside of warranty.
