Quick service! To get unloaded and friendly people
you person answering the phone refused to direct my call to a person to address my questions regarding the options on a custom gate - stating that as an architect I only had access to the web site. As a professional that has specified your products for years this is not the level of service I would expect.
Nice quality fence but as a homeowner I cannot order a replacement piece to fix a damaged section. I would have never went with the contractor or used another brand that was more consumer friendly.
