I am a contractor that moved to the area from out of state. I called in as a general contractor who will be licensed, and the lady that I spoke to was very condescending and passive, aggressive and rude. I would never recommend this company.
We have been buying product shipped in from Standard Paint. They suggested M. H. as I could pick up locally. Called the local branch, talked to Tim, took my info, would be in touch. Waited a week, then sent a text, waited another week, called in and Tim acted like he never heard of me and they don't stock Wood Defender ( being a dealer they could order). Rude, Poor service
Excellent service, the employees there are great to work with. The materials that we purchase are the best materials money can buy, thank you Michael and Dana.
