The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is garbage. Linda Voorhies is the rudest person that could ever be in a customer service position. They delivered damaged ameristar material and it has been over 3 weeks since the damaged material was sent over for reorder and I’m still waiting while a customer of mine is without a security fence for their home and they will do nothing to make it right. I went in person to the Hillsboro location thinking I could get help faster. Instead, I was told I needed to email my project material request and contractor application. I did exactly that the same day because I urgently needed materials to finish a job. It’s now been over two weeks with no response. I even texted the sales number listed on their site — they confirmed they received my message, yet never followed up or offered any help. Overall, I feel disrespected and disappointed.
