Excellent store for fence suppliers! This is not a place for retail or regular shoppers, but specifically for fence contractors. Manager Christine was extremely patient and provided me with a lot of helpful information, which made me feel as comfortable as possible. They truly know their business here. So don’t pay attention to the low ratings — this place is not for everyone, it’s meant for professionals.
This is a whole sale distributor. Business to business. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, most of them are home owners who don’t understand that master only sells exclusively to the contractor. Great team, great stocked items, great service. They are for the contractors!!!
called ahead to get materials ready, stopped by the office to let them know I had arrived, they continued to take 5 other peoples orders, after 50 mins I went again to ask if im getting my materials, waited another 10 min before they issued the items I had ordered. we are new to this company and the customer service is horrible. wont be ordering anymore from them.
To facilitate repairs on a customers fence gate, I have contacted the company in West Chicago, Illinois only to be told to contact someone else in Montgomery, Illinois. Of which no one has contacted me. Can no one send a catalogue pdf or paper so I can get the parts ordered? OR do they want to just sell new fence?
