Master Halco is terrible! I’ve been a good and loyal customer of Forest Products for over two decades and it’s over! Master Halco is a disaster, they don’t answer their phones, they’re rude, uninformed, unorganized, unhelpful and don’t seem to care about customer service in the slightest!
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am never, ever, ever going back, and I would never recommend them to anyone looking for vinyl fencing — all because of the lousy, disrespectful attitude of the old man who sits in the middle at the sales desk. The store has an awesome concept with products on display for customers to see, which is great. But all of that gets completely ruined by the customer service. This is the worst place to get any decking, fencing material. Don’t ever come here. Takes forever to get your material. No one gives a shit about the paying customer. Picking up some lumber and it’s not straight and cracked and I tell them about it and these guys through a big fit about replacing it even returning it and getting money back is a big deal and so complicated. Dont come here
