Meh. Too fast, messy nails. Went through all the motions but didn’t put care into it. Oil and lotion were stinky, like vegetable oil. Maybe it was because I didn’t have an appointment and they knew I was from out of town. Or maybe I’m just spoiled by my regular place (same price). I will try a different nail salon the next time I’m in Ramona.

Elise did a horrible horrible job on my hair color. I asked for my roots to be touched up dark brunette and some light brown golden blonde highlights, a summer sunkissed look. She gave me nothing that I asked for. She turned my roots bright clown orange and blamed it on my hair and how it processed color. I have been getting the same coloring for 15 years. Do not get a men’s hair cut with Tracey! She’s in the second to last chair. She did not cut my hair anything like I told her too and disregarded any instructions that I had said. Cut it so short which I did not ask for! But it was too late to even say anything because the damage was already done. Everyone else cuts great but she does not…. Literally took her 10-15 minutes only, shows she did not care….
