Highly disappointed that place . Please never visit that place again . She wasted my $400 suit which is there 100% mistake what they did?.Experience was worst totally change my Dupata colour no apologies what she did start yelling on me . Is that customer service ? What a pleasure surprise for visiting that place .
Been a regular here for years. Excited to try the Ugg cleaning with the season change and was told this is a 1 week process. Three weeks later I was told my shoes were ready. The color is completely changed and the boot is deformed to the natural shape of an Ugg. I might as well buy new ones because they are ruined. I would advise to not do this service for any shoes. My boots looked better when I dropped them off then they did when I picked them up
