The customer service was terrible and an item of mine for an event was ruined with no compensation or accountability taken. Please avoid!!
If you’re looking for a garment babysitter, this is the place. If you want your garments dry cleaned, go somewhere else or diy. Dropped a Danier coat off on Monday, told to pick up on Thursday $30. Jacket was not ready on Thursday, told to come back Monday and it would be $50. Showed up on Monday, and absolutely nothing had been done to the coat. It was second hand and still smelled of cigarette smoke. After an unhappy discussion I was still charged $20. Total scam.
Very unprofessional. They promised us to complete the job in a week. After a week, it was still not done. They won't even apologize for their mistakes. I would have given 0 star if possible. Rude and unprofessional.
I had an amazing experience with this team. The staff are professional and have a friendly nature .
This is the worst service you can possibly get.
