Same story as the other reviews. Charged for work they didn't do. No set schedule. They did not respond to calls or texts, and were rude when they did respond.

Supposed to mow biweekly. Lucky to mow once Now over a month since last mowed. Tried to charge 2 mowings when only mowed once. Stay clear of them

Oh how I miss the previous owners of master grass. Their service was impeccable and the technicians were great. The new owner doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t answer texts, and doesn’t answer emails. Such a shame when a company I had so much faith in goes downhill under new ownership.

I was customer of Master Grass under original owner Dale Lett For29 years. He sold few months ago and service went downhill immediately. I have just canceled and waiting got new company to start. Such a shame yo see a great business fall apart a

Avoid at all costs! This business does not answer their phone or email. Sometimes they would take entire months off and not cut the grass despite charging a fee. I finally cancelled after they destroyed several pieces of patio furniture by running their mower into them - Still haven't heard back from trying to cancel, because they don't answer their phones or email.
