They deserve Zero star! THOSE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!! My driver went there for a tire leak and they replaced a spare tire in 30minutes and charged my drive $178+ for replacing a trailer spare tire. If their rate is different from the regular shops, they need to inform before they start working on the issue. But they just rubbed our money with no reason!!! Don’t go there unless you want to be rubbed… Legally rubbing….
I have been here 3 times first time dropped truck off and got work done. When I went to pick it up it’s parked with the doors unlocked. There is thousands of dollars worth of stuff in there. They say not responsible for lost or stolen items but will leave it unlocked. Second time here I asked at the truck counter to plz make sure it’s locked up. I came in because my trailer lights weren’t working, but the issue turned out to be with the truck. They have two separate departments—one for trucks and one for trailers—and both teams checked everything thoroughly. After diagnosing the truck, they found that the module needed an update, which can only be done by Kenworth.
