Lou’s a gem and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Great guy, holds his work to the highest standards, and has great chat too. When I sheepishly came in after ripping my own bumper off parking next to a locked bike (pedals got stuck between my tyre and bumper and I reversed …) Lou laughed at me laughing at myself, popped the bumper back in and told me this was 95% good enough and the most that could be done short of replacing the bumper (which wouldn’t be worth it). I called at 4:40pm to ask whether it was okay to bring my car in for a tail light repair since the shop closes at 5pm. The person on the phone told me it was fine as long as I arrived before closing. When I arrived, the staff member looked at my car and told me to bring it back the next morning at 8:30am.
