poor communication and follow up after work. several issues with the quality of the work and several attempts to contact with no response. Its a get the job done and no follow up customer service when complete. There is not very much attention to detail and they are not very considerate of consistency in their work. Prices are high quality is average.
Absolutely fantastic work updating our stairwell. Chris and team replaced the original wooden balusters to black iron ones, replaced our main newell post, and several other posts at the top of the stairwell. Superb. Flawless work, incredibly professional. Photos to come.
