The new doc just wants to sell stuff and she is not very personable. Never had this issue with previous doctors. Won't be returning.
They need to improve their front desk staff, as they are not knowledgeable about insurance at all. One person told me my copay was covered, but just a few minutes later, another staff member said they couldn't provide that information and asked me to call my insurance company. very laid-back attitude and provide horrible customer service.
Dr. Karr is amazing!! I have been seeing her for over 2 years! I started with her at a different location and have followed her to her new location! She is by far the best ophthalmologist I have seen. She really listens to your specific vision needs. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family.
The medical team provided exceptional care, and I experienced no difficulties obtaining prescription eyewear at a reasonable cost. Customer service was outstanding.
