Came for my annual prescription update, Dr. Kaur was fantastic, but I do not plan to be back. This is the first place I have come to that makes Retinal check MANDATORY, so if you don't want your pupils dilated (free option) you have to fork 49 USD for the imaging option that doesn't need pupils dilated. In other places it is optional or you can sign a waiver to skip it, but here there is no such option (confirmed with front desk staff and the optometrist separately). The staff was so friendly. I love the southern hospitality. I love the way the doctor explained each step during my eye exam.
Apparently charges you late fees on the same day as your appointment without notifying you and then sends you to collections without ever contacting that a balance is owed.
