Had a great eye exam completed by Dr. M. Poppenhusen. I’m very happy about the service received, with the high level of professionalism exhibited by her as well as the support staff. Great eye doctors are hard to find and I will be returning. Strongly recommend to all seeking a great doctor to maintain eye health.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a medical office in my life. The doctor was wonderful. The staff was absolutely atrocious. Still haven't seen my prescription for an eye infection in 3 days. One excuse after another as to why the prescription wasn't called in or was called into multiple wrong locations. No apology, just excuses If you're in for a regular eye checkup they may be okay but for any problems with eyes, stay away.
Highly recommend Master Eye Associates at the Hill Country Galleria! They’re open on Saturdays so I didn’t have to take off work and they even sent me a text saying I could come in early if I wanted to, which I did. Dr. Melissa Poppenhusen was friendly, thorough, caring and spent time explaining the exam and the findings. She also found an issue that had never been noted in my exams/medical history previously and I’ve been seen elsewhere every year for the last five years. Can’t recommend her enough.
