I called at 8:05 and a very nice lady was so helpful then Daniel was here by 8:20. I was so pleasantly surprised. He was a very nice young man who explained everything (several times in fact - my brain isn't what it used to be lol). Very efficient. Fixed very quickly and the price was GREAT! A/C is working wonderfully! I'm going to join their maintenance program because going a day without a/c just can't happen again. Thank You!

On The Way AC helped us when we needed it the most. Our thermostat at our rental was giving us an error message that I could not troubleshoot. We called late in the evening to get an 'emergency appt' since we had guests coming the next day. The young lady who answered asked me about the issue and asked me our guests were set to arrive. She let me know they had an appt time for the morning if I would rather do that to avoid the additional emergency fee, and I accepted. My wife has been wanting to get electrician(s) to install HMDI Cable and Electrical outlet behind our TV above the fireplace. Have been hearing a lot of good comments about On The Way. I called On The Way to get a quote, Michael came out, looked over what was needed, sent me a quote later the same day. After talking around, found I have received a good quote. Jacob was amazing & so kind & patient with all my questions. On the Way Plumbing will from now on be my go-to for all my plumbing & electrical needs because of Jacob. The dig crew, office staff were top notch too. I’ve never met someone with such excellent customer service like Jacob. He made me feel human and normal again after so many other companies telling me the wrong thing and I thought it was me all along. Professional-Respectful-Knowledgeable-Courteous! Jacob arrived quickly after contacting the company for the first time. A thorough view of my situation; I was given all my options. Agreed to options and Craftsmen Lee and Omar arrived soon to move forward with repairs; the dig crew were complete. They took time to explain to method of repair which was new to me and did not leave until they were satisfied 100%. Minimal down time and upon completion work area looks great! Thanx! Will definitely use again!
