They're incredibly efficient! I was expecting the job to take a while, but they brought a good crew who got it done quickly. They cleaned up well and treated our home with respect while they did their work. I appreciated their thoughtfulness in protecting our floors especially. The unit is working beautifully. It's nice and cool again. 10/10 would use them again in the future.
Remi was great. Just pointed him in a direction and he took care of anything. My whole from lawn was leaking water, he located the break within what seemed like seconds. Dug out the broken plumbing, fixed with new fitting and waited to backfill the whole until the leak was completely gone. Call On The Way and ask for Remi, he’ll take care of you
Excellent service – highly recommend! I had a generator inlet box installed the very next day, and the entire team was incredibly helpful in making sure I had the correct set up for my generator. They took the time to explain how to safely use it to power my home, which was extremely reassuring. I feel much more prepared and confident heading into the upcoming freeze.
Remi was fantastic, came out to look at my washer backing up water into the sink. Super nice and very knowledgeable with what the issue was and ran a camera down the line, showed up on time as scheduled. He came back a few days later to clean out the line. My issue was fixed in under 2 hours. 10 out of 10 stars, best plumbers i have used. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely use them again.
Excellent customer service! Our heater wouldn't turn on during this cold snap and I called On The Way this morning when they opened. Cody showed up this afternoon and was extremely knowledgeable and had our heater working within an hour of arrival. Overall, the communication from the staff was excellent. From setting an appointment, to letting us know during the day as to expected arrival, and to finally having repairs made and settling the invoice, the entire process was smooth and friendly.
