Excellent customer service! Our heater wouldn't turn on during this cold snap and I called On The Way this morning when they opened. Cody showed up this afternoon and was extremely knowledgeable and had our heater working within an hour of arrival. Overall, the communication from the staff was excellent. We had breaker box issues on a Saturday. Luckily they could dispatch Jeremy the same afternoon. He was professional, polite and friendly. Jeremy quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me and proceeded to fix it quickly at a very reasonable price. Very thankful for the quick amd efficient service. Would recommend highly.
They showed up at time promised, tech was very polite, fixed the issue quickly and accordingly. He asked me to inspect before he left, all was perfect, I gave him a bottle of water and let him cool off in the shade for 5 minutes or so. He stated if I was good with everything he had more Jobs to go to. But he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work before he left. Which I was. I would totally recommend ALL The Way.
I discovered a plumbing issue at my house the required tunneling under the foundation for repair...one day before the sale of the home was supposed to close. I was in crisis mode, but Jason from On The Way showed up within 30 mins of the service call request - despite it being mid-afternoon, identified the issue with high confidence within 15 mins of arrival, and had an estimate to me within an hour after that.
