Lazy and incompetent
Quick and professional response from Andrew in Fairmont. I needed a small job done and he worked me into his schedule.
We had Master Electric wire a hot tub for us. We gave the electrician the book with the measurements/diagram for the hot tub. They buried the line from the basement under the deck and underground before the concrete slab was poured. Unfortunately the electrician's measurements were incorrect, so the connection from the buried line is exposed, not under the tub (and out of sight). like we were told. We paid more than we intended because we wanted the job done right. Very disappointed.
I called around to many places to see if anyone would fix a plug on a Christmas yard decoration that I love. Trevor at Master Electric was the only one willing to take a look at it. He was very easy to work with and explained everything to me clearly. He fixed it and now I can enjoy my Santa and reindeer again! I would highly recommend using them, and I will be using them in the future!
