Scheduled AC tune up. They came out on time Everything seems ok . He identified couple of items that needed to be cleaned to maintain AC in good health .
Our tech was Michael and his buddy. They were polite and professional. There was no high pressure sales pitch (relieved!) I got the $199 special that included all vents, returns and dryer vent (from inside the house), unit filter vacuumed. I was offered to add on the sanitization service and made recommendation for a future wash down of the barrel. These are great suggestions which I may consider in the future. They did a good ob checking the system and doing deep cleaning. Explained the details clearly. Now the vents are clean.
Very nice job, the house smells better (or doesn't smell at all). And the furnace works better too.
This company is a scam.Had been to their office after trying their phone multiple times and there is no sign of their establishment.Please stay away.
