I have never used their service, but I’ve never will after the experience I just had with two of their work trucks. After patiently waiting at a stop sign with no cars coming, they still refuse to move their trucks forward. I eventually pass by them to continue on my drive and they started to tailgate me beeping their horn while I was doing the speed limit. Master-Dry is the only company that could fix my basement flooding, soil grading, water drainage, and foundation problems. I tried the rest but found the best in Doug Schoen and Master-Dry !
