brought my son for a haircut for the first time at MasterCuts and the barber in the last chair cut his hair , he necked my son 2 times and made his ear bleed and pretended there’s nothing happened ! There’s no safety procedures when something like this happens and I wonder if any of the staff has any sort of education about barbering or if they are even licensed since they barely speaks English!! I went in 30 minutes before closing on 07/21. I was very happy that they accommodated and took me in. Normally I would rate this place three stars since I’ve been going there for a few months and they usually do a decent job. But today I got referred to the new guy and my experience forced me to write this review. In my opinion, they should’ve just rejected me and told me that they cannot cut my hair.
