Called over a week ago to replace a residential water heater and after one week the heater is still not installed. Said it was coming from a factory in Montgomery, AL (which is only 8 hours away). Nice people... Sue and Chris... but I cannot imagine it taking a week or more (looks like I have to wait 3 more days until Monday for an install).
