Called Homeserve to have a mast head bracket reconnected due to roofers not putting it back. They were out within days and took care of everything. Highly professional and outstanding work.
Called to get an emergency electrician on a Saturday. Had a call back and the gentleman was very dismissive and even after telling us the higher rate of the emergency call we agreed to pay since there was no heat. He keep trying to push us off and get us to not have someone come out. Finally after telling him multiple times we would pay the price he stated we would get another call and someone would be out in less than 4 hours. We never heard back from anyone in this company.
Add an appointment at 7 AM. Never even showed up or called! Called left message after messages and no call. Not good business
Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Thank you Paul and team for always being on top of things.
They have done a wide range of work for us ranging from electric window motor replacement, emergency power power boxes, and a really difficult retrofit of our greenhouse controls. They always do excellent work.
