I hired them to pressure wash my house for a quoted price of $**** When they arrived I was told there was an additional charge of $*** for “chemicals” that need to be applied before pressure washing. The true cost was ****. They did a good job, but I object to their false advertising.
Unprofessional. Does not speak English. Price was more than double what the flyer stated for duct cleaning. The scheduled power wash didn't even show up. Which probably means it was a scam as well. If you get the flyer recycle it and call someone else
Scam...wanted to charge an additional *** per room for cleaning products. Cost advertised on coupon is for steaming with water. Outrageous...how can you clean with plain hot water. Doesn't deserve one star
Master Cleaning coupon is misleading. Their advertisement should be removed from the value pack coupons. They quoted me a ridiculously outrageous price. I would have considered using their service with an acceptable explanation of the price increase. They could have offered to clean furnace for a specific price etc, without unlimited duct. Bad bad business.
Unruly and very unprofessional. I had a scheduled cleaning for today 2/2/23. When I booked I did mention I was booking the special 2rms and hallway $59 (pre-spot/steam/deodorize). Well when the Technician gets here he comes in look and say $129(I have a very small space and my carpets was done a couple months ago so not horrible at all). I stated I just want the special, he states it just water no chemicals at all. I informed him I treated my spots (3) so ok, I just want the special. the price for the service was not what the ad described. it felt like the price in the ad didn't exist. the person quoted prices *** dollars to do just main duct. no vents were done at all. needed service done so paid the price,. trying to give small businesses business and a company like this hurts the people and other small businesses. would like to attempt to get them to complete the job, by cleaning the vents.
This company uses their value *** coupon to get in customer's door, then adds to it, I just wanted to use the *** coupon to clean the entire house (5 rooms), one rug that had stains, he counted as a room, so I had to take off a room. He said that pre treatment of heavy used walkways was needed ***** and then added *** for steps and hallway, then *** tax,instead of *** spent ***** such a rip off. Buyer BEWARE. Said that they were licensed, are they???? One person who did it was not friendly seemed very shady.

On the coupon you had it says that it's for steam cleaning, before doing the job our technician checked all of the rooms, give you the price based on condition of the carpet, explained you cleaning process and why you need additional treatment. Did he cleaned you carpet and give you a bill after he cleaned everything? No, He discussed price with you before he start. Worst company ever. Over charged me by $60. Carpet is still bad. Showed up late and bummed cigarettes from me. When I contact owner they called me a liar and hung up on me. Zero stars if I could.
Very polite young man but very poor results despite paying extra for pre-treatment. Would NOT recommend them to anyone. Called the company twice and was told/emailed that someone would get back to me in 15 minutes but no one did.
