The employee who assisted was very kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He gave me a thorough explanation of how my wedding dress would be cleaned and expectations of timeline which was accurate. The dirt and stains were removed very well, looks like new! I definitely recommend this place if you were looking for dry cleaning.
I needed a rush order done over a weekend for a business event. I told them what items I had and what I needed. Got my clothes back faster than I thought, and they got the stain out of my dress shirt. Make sure to give them a tip! ;-)
Gave me my shirt back with stains they created and lint on the shirt. I spent $70 with them and they didn’t wanna take care of the one shirt. I would give 0 stars if I could. Thanks
My fiancé took his suit to another dry cleaner last week and found that their customer service had fallen so low that he just walked out. Master Cleaners was not only friendly and helpful, but they got the suit done a day earlier than promised, AND they got the ink off the cuff of his brand new shirt! Thank you so much. Our wedding is this Friday and I was getting nervous about that suit!
