I have used this dry cleaning service regularly. Last week one of my husband’s shirts was returned ruined. It was a dark gray shirt and had multiple big white spots on the shirt. I simply brought it back to the shop, and showed the shirt. The employee in the shop remembered our clothes and he was very nice. He thought there would be some liability policy, saying that it will be determined by the owner. There is nothing these amazingly kind people cannot get out of your clothes. I had my whole hairspray bottle explode on a $300 silk dress. I brought it in and in 3 weeks they were able to make it new. I am so grateful and they will always get my service!

I brought a very simple wedding dress here. I did need I cleaned in a couple days. But it was one layer and no detailing at all. She said no problem they would have it done the next day. I didn’t ask how much, and she didn’t tell me. I went to pick it up and it was almost 300 dollars. It had never been worn, barely one mark on it. Very disappointing, that price is outrageous.

The service has gone way downhill over the past 2 years… picked up my shirts today and it didn’t even look like they pressed them! Time for a new place
