I scheduled an appointment with this company to have my carpets cleaned and I expected things were proper and in order. On the appointed date for service the representative was late arriving and when he did arrive and introduced himself, he spelled of alcohol. Cost me $120 for the worst carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. Technician was at my house for only 20 minutes cleaning 2 rooms, that should tell you something. Carpet still looks HORRIBLE, and the technician would not let me use my coupon from the REACH book as he stated that those coupons are for move outs only, but it does not state that anywhere on the coupon!! A complete ripoff! The price to powerwash my house went from $139.99 to $320.00. In addition, they did not clean the roof! When questioned about the price, the tech argued and talked over top of me. When told I was not paying that, he dropped the price to $260 because he had already started. Will never use again. Only want to upcharge for false services.

Rated highly for:Responsiveness,Quality,ValueThe technician (Rohav) who came did a great job. 6 rooms for 200. Fast and clean. Had alot of dog stains too. Would definitely recommend them again. Machine in the van is real loud lolol.
