Cleaner did a good job, until his machine broke. He told me “you’ll have to clean the rest yourself” and still tried to charge me $220 for only one and half rooms (out of three) for just a vacuum. I wasn’t happy with that price so he dropped it to $200. Quite upset as this was the final clean for the house as we are moving out, and he did not offer any other solution other than “do it yourself, not my problem.” I understand things break, but I should not have to face the consequences for this.
Exceptional service. Tony was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in the service provided. Highly recommend.
