I called Bob in October when my husband had a stroke. Didn't know much about getting chimney cleaned ( hubby usually handles that ). Bob made time for us. He was on time, quick, polite and even took the time out to ask how my husband was doing. His wife Allison saw that we started a go fund me page to help pay for medical bills and lose of wages. absolutely the best, I called them on a Sunday, Bob called back and came over right away. quoted a price beforehand, cleaned and vacuumed our oil furnace chimney, even replaced missing parts, and put everything back together. another caring touch, he put tarps where he was walking in the house, so not to leave residue. the best

I asked them to examine my chimney after a home near me burned down because of a chimney fire. They came within days. They charged me half the price because my chimney was so clean. November 2 and the temperatures should be in the 70's this week - but we are ready to have a fire in our wood stove - thanks to Bob! He thoroughly, neatly and efficiently cleaned our wood stove and chimney today! Great service - definitely recommend Master Chimney Sweep!
