Purchased car from Kevin in April. Really positive experience; service was friendly, polite, really knowledgeable and always respectful. Had to follow up this week with a very minor leak that needed to be fixed which was covered under warranty. Incredible efficient, again very friendly and helpful, processed paperwork for warranty claim themselves. Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend.
I had a Mercedes in for repair with Mastercars after it was pranged outside my house. I dealt with the owner who was brilliant, super friendly and informative. He had my car booked in and it was back with me in two days which was quicker than the expected turnaround time. Absolutely flawless repair and at a super reasonable cost. Would recommend for any repair work as well as a look round for a car if you’re in the market for one. Has a range of used cars in brilliant condition.
So far am pleased with my experience with master cars , the car was exactly as advertised, there was an problem with finance ( my bank ) it seemed to take ages but they were very patient, it wasnt till I got home and had a good check that I realised there was a part missing, one phone call and the missing part was delivered to my door within 2/3 days, so yes , I recommend this dealership, Frank Alecks

So purchased a car and was sold all the gold flake talk by Simon.within 3 days car had mechanical problems, spoke to Simon who become very rude and racist, was told that I can speak to his lawyer🤣🤣!save your time and money and go else where who is trusted and reputable . See you in court fella
