Hard to find, but Google maps helped alot! Service was timely and carpets are cleaned.
I had an expensive rug cleaned earlier this year. The rug was damaged during the process. They attempted to fix it, but were unable. It took several months to work through the process and at times I felt like they were not responsive or possibly evading me, but ultimately we were able to settle on compensation amicably. Other than having difficulty reaching the cleaner at times, they were professional. It's an unfortunate situation, but I suppose it happens at times. I had used them previously without incident.
Fast and reliable. Got a good price too. Manager and owner understand carpets and its origins and techniques. Great experience.
