I scheduled my appointment online, and a representative called the next day to confirm. I was texted in advance of the technician's arrival. Guy explained the procedure and then got to work. I had a lot of pet hair and stains that he was able to remove. He did an excellent job in a timely manner, and I will use the company again.
I called them for a quote for my carpet cleaning. This is the typical bait and switch kind of company.
I have not used master carpet yet have an appointment on Monday
The people were nice. The worker who came to do the job was especially decent. The only problem was I expected the pet treatment to work and it didn't.
