Exceeded My Expectations! They steam cleaned wall-to-wall carpet in 3 rooms: living room, dining room and family room. The carpet is more than 10 years old and covered in hair from our shedding pug. Regular vacuums will not get all of his hair. When I made the appointment I explained that I had a heavily soiled traffic area in the family room. I also had brownish stains from leaky plants.
