got conned into having a service I didn't ask for here. I must give kudos to the owner who did reach out after the initial review but I haven't been able to respond. I can't imagine any positive outcome in this case so I want to share my story: I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and was told they were backed up which was fine. I just grabbed a ride home.
