If you want a contractor that makes purchase decisions for you without asking, who ignores the bad quality of wood used on your deck and only moved to have the sub contractor replace it when I held back payment, or one who left me with no screens on any window (when they were there at project start), and perhaps most of all, if you want a contractor that ignores your phone messages, texts, and emails in the months following completion so no questions can be answered, then Chris is the guy for you!!!! Have fun!
My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with my dining room-to-office conversion that Chris did for us. I've never worked with a contractor that was so quick to communicate and deliver everything he promised on time or sooner. He's honest about his pricing and brought in great people that were eager to work for him. The only snag we ran into was a quality issue with one of his suppliers but he was quick to go to the bat for me to get that resolved. This issue had nothing to do with the quality of his work.
