Master Builders recently installed a pool fence for us, and the whole experience was fantastic! First, Brooke was amazing, she answered our calls in a timely manner, along with all of our concerns. The builders were fast, clean, and you could tell they took pride in the work they do. They took good care of us, if you need a pool fence these are your people!
Called and explained that we wanted our front porch updated with wood removed and vinyl/whatever replacing it. Estimator came out. Said he would get back with us about a price within 10 days or two weeks (don’t recall which). That was April 30th. Possibly job was beyond their scope. Found someone else to do “overhaul” or porch. Just would have been nice to get a call that they could not accept job or whatever reason was for no follow through.
We had a great experience with Master Builders. They were very professional and produced a quality product. Additionally, they were much more respectful, responsive, and inexpensive compared to their competitors.
We outlined the design details we wanted with Ronnie for our fence install. He and his team installed it exactly like we wanted and in a very prompt timeframe. We are extremely pleased with our fence and highly recommend their services.
These guys did a great job on our fence with two gates at a good price. Worked at a good pace with attention to detail. Highly recommend. I will definitely give Ronnie a call when I'm ready to do the rest of my property.
