I’ve been going to this place for years. Even when they were located next to the DMV across the street. Today was a bad experience. They keep changing the people that work here and nothing is ever consistent. My eyebrows are uneven, cut to short. They look terrible! Also if they are going to ask if you can pay in cash then they should be cash only. I shouldn’t get a rude attitude because I’m using a card. I think they are closed. I have gone a couple of times late afternoon and now today in the morning and they are closed. The only sign says they are looking for help. So maybe they do not have a threader? They should update online

This was my go to threading place to get my forehead threaded. The last time I was there, she would not thread my forehead I said there must be another lady. I’ve been seeing she said no. I’m the only one who works here. I said you always do my forehead. What’s the problem? She said the hairs won’t catch in the thread, which was a lie. I told her man you have gotten lazy.
