Went for a new bike chain! They charged me for a nee chain and labor. They did not give me a new chain but replaced a single link on my old chain! I discovered this on my first big ride after shipping my bike across the country . i still need a new chain! Sham! Fraud!

incompetent and rude service— spent two minutes working on my bike, didn’t/couldn’t fix it and insisted on charging me for the “repair“….
