TLDR: Amazing bike shop and highly recommend for all things bike. Great mechanics and high quality, dependable service. My first experience with Master Bike Shop was when I was traveling to Colombia with my bike. They are awesome. I’ve been going there for 12+ years with small and big issues on my bike. Always delivered on time and no rip off prices. Himber (probably spelled wrong) is a true gentleman.
Real humans who love bikes and love to help people with their bikes. That’s what the tag line should be for this gem of a bike shop right in the heart of Manhattan. I have asked the most basic questions about bikes and they just kindly and politely answer them. The staff are friendly and above all patient.
