Horrible Service. Week of Christmas they were two days late and no notice given. Week of Jan. 2, they never came. Week of Jan. 9, they missed the scheduled day again. After complaints to corporate, local voicemail (when it wasn't full and not letting you leave one) and via email, they finally came unannounced...so the 6 bags of trash in the house that couldn't be put out due to high winds that week which were knocking them down and making a mess, were still backed up and needing to be taken away.
