Al greeted me professionally, and our communication was quick and easy. He cut my hair precisely how I wanted. At the end, he even used a large mirror to show me the back, ensuring the fade, style, and length were perfect. I am very happy with the results, and my friend agrees Al did an excellent job. Best hair cut in 40 years! Al was the best!
I am extremely disappointed with this service. I came in with a full, healthy beard and specifically explained that I wanted to keep the fullness while improving the shape and symmetry. Instead, a significant amount of volume was removed from the sides, creating an uneven and much narrower appearance than what I requested.
