First time I came with my 2002 tacoma issue the desk gave me a money saving tip, I bought my own part and they installed it for me at a good price. Months later I needed a repair on my wifes 2001-Rav, My free time is limited and again the front desk person worked with me. I got a free diagnostic at another place and knew what part I needed fixed. They convinced me to pay 160 to get another diagnostic done just to tell me I was right, ok whatever better safe than sorry I guess. Then said it would be an additional 360 to fix the issue. The part I needed was only 40 bucks so I bought the part and payed 100 in labor at another place. The price breakdown they gave me was quoting the part I needed at like 180 bucks which is insane, that’s a 350% markup. Place seems like a scam.
