John is terrific- very knowledgeable, experienced and honest; John and Amanda are very responsive and good communicators about the appointment, arrival time, and the work completed. Very convenient and highly competent service.
This was the only place that would do a major repair for me that no other shop would touch. I was kept informed of the progress and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. Very honest and up front about everything. I'm a DIY mechanic but this job was too much for me and I am very pleased. The price was also fair.
