I moved the the area a couple of years ago and chose Master Automobiles as they were close and convenient. I remember being impressed by their service the first time I used them! Fantastic service. Highly knowledgable, took the time to fully explain the issue clearly and what was required to fix it. Chris, Kaz and Paula were proactive and transparent at all times, highly professional and the attention to detail was clear (even giving the car a wash). I requested a quote, but they insisted on charging $450 just to diagnose the car—even though I already have a report from BMW confirming that the DPF simply needs cleaning. Disappointing experience.
