Very professional crew and fairly economical
The team provided excellent service, quickly diagnosing the issue and fixing it efficiently. Staff were very friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress free.
I moved the the area a couple of years ago and chose Master Automobiles as they were close and convenient. I remember being impressed by their service the first time I used them! Second time I used them (after an unexpected flat tyre) I was absolutely blown away by their excellent customer service! Kaz and the team are genuine, caring and super professional mechanics. Fantastic service. Highly knowledgable, took the time to fully explain the issue clearly and what was required to fix it. Chris, Kaz and Paula were proactive and transparent at all times, highly professional and the attention to detail was clear (even giving the car a wash). Great business to deal with, would recommend to anyone.
