I had my sunroof replaced and roof repainted here in an ICBC claim. My tan headliner was pristine when I dropped my car off. They damaged it, leaving dark oily stains around the sunroof. When I called and asked them to make it right, I was told they'll "try to remove the stains", taking minimal ownership of the issue. They implied that if they can't get the stains off, I'm stuck with the headliner they damaged. I don't want to waste my time, so I'm taking it elsewhere and paying out of pocket for the cleaning.
Brought in my friends kia sportage for a trunk, tail light and bumper replacement. Very knowledgeable on the process and adviced on further steps along with predictive steps. The quality of work was great - new parts and everything including worksmanship was great. Although there was a small hiccup with one of the bulbs and wiring, Adam (Owner) personally came to address the issue on the spot, fixed it up quickly, and apologized for the inconvenience. I would recommend others to go here for their vehicle needs.
