Swung by on my lunch break thinking I’d have to leave my car overnight, but Charles figured out the issue and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. Thankfully it turned out to be something minor, and now I know exactly who I’ll be calling for future repairs. Really appreciated how he took the time to explain how things should work and what to keep an eye on. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough good things about Charles with Master Auto. On 2 separate occasions, they went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my car. 1st time using them. Dropped my Explorer off on a Sunday evening for a full AC repair. Got it back Monday evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better turn around time. Great communication and fair price. Will be going back for sure.

When AC went out in the heat of summer tried this place and was not disappointed!! Great to work with issue settle within a day 1/2!! Thank you! Response fast! And checked car immediately when pulling up! Will be recommending people for sure! Thank you again! 2 kids cannot go without AC in car in Texas heat! 🙏
