1. He charged me $150 and didn't look under the hood of my car. He just looked at his computer and said I needed a transmission fluid change 2. Said it would be $550 for a transmission fluid change ( almost 3 times the normal rate ) 3. I showed up to get the work done and the guy didn't even show up at his shop at the time it opened. 4. 02 GMC 1500 Sierra water pump. Coolant reservoir, flush, belts, and rear end fluid replacement. Great work for a good price. Would recommend.

went to get my car checked out, and really appreciated his honesty and not trying to scam me out my money. as a young woman it’s hard to find a mechanic that won’t do that. he fixed it in 5 mins and didn’t charge me!! definitely recommend, would put 100 stars if i could.

I highly recommend Charles and Master Auto Repair. I have used them on 2 emergency occasions and their customer service is unmatched. I was told by multiple shops and dealerships that it would be at least a week turnaround and on both occasions Charles saw me same day. They are honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I will continue to utilize them in the future. Thank you for being honest and fair!! Hard to find these days!
